Notice is given that at the regular meeting of the Sioux Falls City Planning Commission to be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2008, at the Carnegie Town Hall, 235 W. 10th St., there will be a public hearing on the following amendment(s) to the 1983 Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sioux Falls:
- 2007-12-07: REZONE from AG, Agricultural District to the Briarwood Estates North Planned Development District, the RC, Recreation/Conservation District, the RD, Residenital District, the RS-2, Residential District and the Briarwood Estates South Planned Development District to allow single-family, multi-family, commercial, and office land uses at E. 57th St. and S. Sycamore Ave.
