On July 2 at 4:52 a.m., Sioux Falls Police, Sioux Falls Fire Rescue, and Rural/Metro Ambulance were sent to the 700 block of North Duluth Avenue for an unconscious man lying on the sidewalk.

The man had sustained injuries from an assault and was unconscious as a result of those injuries. The unknown victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Through subsequent investigation, detectives developed a suspect. The suspect was located and arrested at 6:40 p.m. on July 2 for the assault. Arrested was:

EagleHawk was charged with Aggravated Assault and lodged at the Minnehaha County Jail.
