Starting at 6:30 AM, Tuesday, July 8th, 2008, WEATHER PERMITTING, the Street Department will have crews working in various locations throughout the City. Specific locations and types of work are as follows:

Sweeping Crews

• District 49: bordered by Western Avenue & Minnesota Avenue & between I-229 & 85th Street
• District 53: bordered by Southeastern & Sycamore Avenues & between 26th Street & 49th Street

Milling Crew

• Area from 37th Street to 41st Street & between Kiwanis Avenue & Western Avenue

Manhole Crew

• O’Gorman Drive from Kiwanis Avenue to 41st Street
• Williams Avenue from 37th Street to 39th Street
• Garfield Avenue from 39th Street to 41st Street

Street Maintenance information is also available by calling the Sioux Falls Street Division at 367-8255 from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday, or calling the Street Maintenance Hotline at 367-8259.
