Weather permitting, beginning Monday morning, July 14, 2008, street resurfacing work will begin on Phillips Avenue.

Phillips Avenue will be closed from 26th Street to 33rd Street. Traffic will be detoured onto Main Avenue.

The entire project is expected to be completed by Monday evening, July 14, 2008.

Sta-bilt Construction Company of Harlan, Iowa, is the prime contractor.
