The Sioux Falls Police Department would like the publics’ help finding the person responsible for striking a bicyclist at I-229 and South Minnesota Avenue at about 11:30 a.m. on Monday, May 19.

The victim, a 14-year-old female, was thrown from her bike and received minor injuries. The suspect is described as a white male, 35 to 40 years old, balding, and wearing glass. He was last seen northbound on Minnesota Avenue in a silver Honda with South Dakota organizational plates similar to C2676.
