Sioux Falls Mayor Dave Munson will present his annual State of the City address at a special City Council meeting on Thursday, March 27, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West Tenth Street.

The meeting will be televised live on CityLink Channel 16 and will have closed captioning.
