The Sioux Empire Crime Stoppers answering service in Texas went offline over the weekend due to Hurricane Ike.

Calls were not answered from Friday evening, September 12, until Sunday morning, September 14. Anyone who may have tried to call during that time is encouraged to call back now. The service is back up, thanks to standby generators.
