At approximately 3 p.m. on September 22, 2008, a seven-year-old child was walking home from Eugene Field School at 501 South Highland Avenue.

He returned to the school and reported to a teacher that he had become frightened by a suspicious male. He stated that the male had gotten out of an older red car with rust on it. The suspicious male was described as white, overweight, bald, wearing black shoes, and a white shirt with flames on it. The vehicle was also occupied by another white male described as slim and wearing a white hat and a child approximately seven years of age.

This incident occurred at 12th Street and Jessica Avenue. This incident is still under investigation by the Sioux Falls Police Department.
