Budget Overviews for the Health Department, Highways and Streets and the Enterprise Funds will be among those discussed on Monday, August 10, 2009, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., during the City Council’s review of Mayor Dave Munson’s 2010 CIP and Operating Budget hearings. The hearings are open to the public and will be held in the City Council Chambers, at 235 W. 10th St.

Presentations will be given by Judy Buseman, Public Health Director; Mark Cotter, Director of Public Works, and Randy Bartunek, Director of Community Development and Public Parking.

A public hearing, about the 2010 CIP and Operating Budget, will be held during the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at 7:00 p.m.

The first reading for the appropriations ordinance will be held during the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at 7:00 p.m.

The City Council will take action, to adopt the resolution and the appropriations ordinance, at their 7:00 p.m. meeting on Monday, September 14, 2009.
