The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Department would like the public’s help finding those responsible for the malicious shaving of a Golden Retriever. The owner reported that the dog’s fur was shaved during the day on Monday, August 24. The incident occurred near the southwest edge of Hartford, on Mickelson Road.
