Effective 8 a.m., Thursday, July 16, 2009, weather permitting, the City of Sioux Falls Street Division and its contractor will be completing a surface treatment application in the area bordered by West Avenue and Western Avenue between 41st Street and 43rd Street.

They will also start a surface treatment application on Grange Avenue from 41st Street to Grange Avenue and on 37th Street from Summit Avenue to Phillips Avenue. Traffic will be detoured.

The streets will be open in the evening at approximately 8 p.m.
