Sioux Falls Community Development has completed and submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) a substantial amendment to the 2008 Annual Action Plan describing how it intends to use Community Development Block Grant funding available under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (CDBG-R).
Upon the receipt of funding the City will implement a furnace replacement program for low-income households that own and occupy a single-family residence within the city of Sioux Falls. Please see the substantial amendment for details.
