Beginning on Monday, June 22, 2009, work will begin on a sanitary sewer odor control vault at the intersection of Cherokee Street and C Avenue.

The contractor, First Rate Excavation, will close one-half of the street at a time in order to maintain traffic. The work is expected to be completed within eight weeks.

Motorists are encouraged to use caution when traveling in this area.
