Effective immediately, the outside northbound through-lane on Minnesota Avenue is closed at 28th Street.

The City of Sioux Falls is repairing a water main break.

The lane is anticipated to open back up to traffic Monday evening, June 29, 2009.

Motorists are urged to consider using alternative routes.
