On Thursday morning, July 2, 2009, the northbound lane of Phillips Avenue will be closed north of 26th Street.

Northbound traffic will use the turning lane. Two-way traffic will be maintained at all times.

Hagen Grading will be excavating a driveway.

The work is anticipated to be finished by the evening of Thursday, July 2.
