Effective 8 a.m., Wednesday, November 4, 2009, weather permitting; the City of Sioux Falls Street Division will be doing sidewalk repairs along Cliff Avenue between 12th Street and 14th Street. The Southbound outside lane will be closed. Delays may be possible. This project is expected to be completed by 5 p.m., Thursday, November 5, 2009.
