Beginning on Friday, August 13, 2010, the outside northbound lane of Cliff Avenue at 14th Street will be closed so construction crews can begin paving operations on River Boulevard.

If weather conditions are not favorable for paving on Friday, the lane closure will be delayed until Saturday, August 14, 2010. This lane closure is expected to last for one day.

Traffic delays are to be expected. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.

The prime contractor for this project is T & R Contracting, Inc. of Sioux Falls.
