Beginning on Tuesday, August 17, 2010, the intersection of 69th Street and Southeastern Avenue will be closed to traffic so work can begin on the 69th Street and Southeastern Avenue improvement project. Work will include water main installation, sanitary sewer installation, storm sewer installation, grading, and gravel surface installation in advance of the construction of Sioux Falls’ second roundabout in 2011.

The intersection of 69th Street and Southeastern Avenue will be closed to traffic until the end of October. Motorists should utilize 57th Street, 85th Street, Sycamore Avenue, or Cliff Avenue as alternate routes.

The prime contractor for this project is Runge Enterprises, Inc. from Sioux Falls.
