Mayor Mike Huether’s Listening and Learning Session for the public will be held at the Whisk & Chop, 108 South Minnesota Avenue, on Saturday, August 28, 2010, from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

Mayor Mike Huether will be present to discuss any and all topics involving the City of Sioux Falls.

On future Saturdays, City Directors, along with Mayor Huether, will host the Listening and Learning Sessions at the same time and location. Each week will feature a different City department and will provide the public with an opportunity to learn more about the programs and projects that are helping Sioux Falls move forward.

The following departments will host in the coming weeks: 

• September 4, 2010 Mark Cotter, Director of Public Works 
• September 11, 2010 Sally Felix, Director of Siouxland Libraries 
• September 18, 2010 Don Kearney, Director of Parks and Recreation
