A public auction of surplus property and Police unclaimed and confiscated property will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010, at the Street Maintenance Facility, 1000 East Chambers Street.

Auction of scrap piles will begin at 9 a.m., Saturday, September 11, 2010, at the County Highway Shop, 2124 East 60th Street North, and then move to additional sites in the order listed below:

• 2100 North Minnesota Avenue
• 2000 North Minnesota Avenue
• 1000 East Chambers Street

The auction of general surplus property, including computers and police unclaimed and confiscated property will also be auctioned beginning at 9 a.m. at the Street Maintenance Facility, 1000 East Chambers Street, with vehicles to sell at approximately 12 noon. Items at this location will be available for inspection one hour prior to the auction. All items are sold as is, where is, and must be removed on the day of the auction unless other arrangements are made with management. Items sold are subject to sales tax.
