On January 5, 2010, at about 6 p.m., a resident in the 2800 block of East Tracy Lane was on his front porch with his dogs when a white dog with black spots attacked one of his dogs. The attacking dog was described as a boxer type and no collar was seen on the dog. This dog has been observed running in the area on numerous occasions.
