The Sioux Falls Police Department would like the public’s help finding a missing person.

Eugene Bryan Blue Arm was last heard from in the early morning hours of January 10. He missed an appointment on Monday, January 11, and was reported missing.

Eugene Blue Arm has impaired vision so everything he sees is very blurry or hazy, and has other medical conditions.

Eugene is Native American, 57 years old, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes.
