The missing person, Eugene Bryan Blue Arm, has been located.

He was found around 1 p.m. yesterday afternoon, deceased.

He was located behind an outbuilding in the 1100 block of East 14th Street in an area that was not visible to pedestrian or vehicle traffic. At this time, there does not appear to be any indication of foul play. The cause and manner of death will be determined at a later date by the coroner.

The Sioux Falls Police would like to thank the public for the information that was provided. The investigation is ongoing.
