The Sioux Falls Regional Sanitary Landfill summer hours of operation go into effect this week and will last until November 6, 2010.

In conjunction with the commencement of daylight savings time, the hours of operation at the landfill will be 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

The gates to the landfill will close to new traffic promptly at 5 p.m. It is strongly encouraged that your waste be unloaded as soon as possible after 5 p.m. to allow staff adequate time for day-end procedures.
