Cliff Avenue from Chambers Street to Interstate 90 Study is being studied by the City of Sioux Falls and the SDDOT. The purpose of the study is to look at geometrics at the top of the hill near 34th Street North and 39th Street North, reduce accidents, investigate traffic signal needs, improve/consolidate access points, increase capacity, improve drainage, and provide pedestrian access along the corridor. Cliff Avenue from Chambers Street to I-90 scheduled for reconstruction in 2007. This project is jointly funded by the City and the SDDOT.
