An assessment was completed by the City to review the design, construction, condition, maintenance, and inspection of city infrastructure to determine if any deficiencies in the systems contributed to the property damage experienced from both events. This assessment report can be found on the right-hand side of this page.
A copy of the 2004 Flooding Assessment Report is also available for public viewing at the Reference Desk at the Main Library located downtown.
