This project is the neighborhood asphalt overlay area. In addition, improvements will be made to the curb, gutter, handicap ramps, and valley gutters. The streets will remain open to local traffic only, however there may be times when the street will be totally closed to traffic. The asphalt milling and overlaying process has started and will be continuing until late summer at various locations in the City.
