Bahnson Avenue: Madison Street to Rice Street

This collector street currently does not exist. This is a new street to connect Madison Street to Rice Street. The first phase from Madison Street to 1000 feet north is the first phase. The second phase down to Rice Street is not planned for construction currently due to property owner negotiations. The first phase has started with grading operations and underground utility installations. The project is expected to be completed by late September.
