This arterial street currently is a gravel road. There is existing development on the west side of Southeastern Avenue and new development on the east side prompting the need to bring this street up to urban standards. This street will be constructed as a continuation of the section from 57th Street to the south, as a 4 lane with median section and sidewalks. This project continues with curb, gutter, and paving operations. The street is totally closed off to traffic until late October.
