This east/west arterial street has experienced a significant increase in traffic volumes over the past five years and additional capacity is needed. This street will be widened to a four lane with landscaped median section, including street lighting and sidewalks. This street will also serve a new collector street west of Marion Road that will provide access to a new elementary school, fire station, and park. This project is currently under design and will be constructed in 2010, pending available funding.
