Asphalt Overlay Program This project performs asphalt street overlays in neighborhoods and arterial streets. In the neighborhood areas, improvements will also be made to the curb, gutter, accessible ramps, and valley gutters. Streets will remain open to traffic however, during paving operations traffic will be detoured to alternate routes. The asphalt paving is continuing and nearing completion. Drivers should be alert in their travels for short street closures during paving operations.
