Concrete Rehabilitation Projects These project locations will rehabilitate aged concrete. The areas for this season are located all around the City. All areas will remain open to traffic however, drivers should expect delays. The project on Cliff Avenue from Rice Street to 6th Street is completed and the contractor is now working on Kiwanis Avenue from 18th to 41st Street. This project is expected to be fully completed by late summer.
