As part of the Veteran's Park Master Plan, one of the goals for the park is to improve accessibility for regional visitors. The City has constructed a new access off of Russell Street to Veterans Park. The access is a right in and right out only so drivers should be aware of the new traffic movements on and off of Russell Street. This project is completed and open to traffic.
