The South Dakota Department of Transportation will be installing traffic signals and turn lanes for the southbound on/off ramps at Rice Street and Interstate 229. This will include a new traffic signal, minor concrete work, and pavement marking at the intersection. This project has been deferred to 2010 because of right of way negotiations.
