41st Street: SD100 to Six Mile RoadThis arterial street was a gravel road last year and improvements were needed to serve new development on the east side of the City. Last year, the grading and utilities were installed and this year the street will be paved from SD 100 to Six Mile Road. Work will include grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, curb and gutter, sidewalk, concrete surfacing, and street lighting on East 41st Street from Highway 11 to Six Mile Road. The contractor is finishing all grading work in preparation for asphalt surfacing. Through-traffic will be detoured to 26th Street via Highway 11 and Six Mile Road. The final completion date for this project is August 28, 2009.
