Billing Information
Water meters are read monthly to determine water consumption. Most meters are read remotely, which means a field technician does not have to enter your property. If an actual meter reading cannot be obtained, an estimated reading will be used. Usage is calculated in units of 100 cubic feet (CCF), which is equal to 748 gallons. Bills are generated monthly and are due 21 days after the bill date. Accounts will be assessed a late fee if payment is received after the due date.
