The purpose of this form is to gather information about your organization that is relevant to the City of Sioux Falls' accounting system. Prior to the City of Sioux Falls purchasing goods or services from your organization, this form along with the request for taxpayer identification number form must be completed in full.

Vendor Self Service

The City of Sioux Falls is now offering VSS, a program that will allow Vendors access to their company information and records online.  Purchase orders, invoices, and payment information will be available 24 hours a day.

Online Bid Portal:

Vendors interested in viewing or submitted a response to a City bid for supplies, materials, and services may register as a vendor on our Online Bid Portal.

myCOI:

Vendors doing business with the City may be required to register with the City’s insurance certificate tracking software, myCOI. Any insurance requirements will be included in bid and/or contract documents.
