Central Services' mission is to provide responsive and cost-effective service to both its internal (City employees) and external (citizens) customers.

Facilities Management is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of city-owned buildings and properties.

Fleet Management is responsible for overseeing the procurement and maintenance of all city-owned vehicles and equipment.

Geographic Information Services GIS is responsible for the development and maintenance of shared geospatial resources for decision makers and citizens of Sioux Falls and the surrounding area.

Information Technology develops, implements, and maintains computer systems in support of the City's Information Technology program.

Multimedia Support is responsible for the operation of the internal City Document Publishing Center, City Mailroom and Delivery System, CityLink, and the City Web Office.
