This program provides financial assistance to low- and moderate-income homeowners for replacement of older inefficient heating systems (less than 80% Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency).

CD Homes For Sale

Funds are provided to Sioux Falls Housing Corporation to buy older homes that contribute to neighborhood deterioration. After acquisition, these homes will be replaced or rehabilitated and sold.

This program helps stop deterioration of older neighborhoods, and provides more options to low-income homebuyers.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Community Development Affordable Housing Division is to improve the community by providing decent and affordable housing as well as expanding economic opportunities for persons of low- and moderate-income.

This mission is accomplished through programs and activities that address the locally defined needs identified in the Consolidated Plan.
