Rick Kiley (SE)
Rick graduated from O’Gorman High School and received a bachelor of science and master of education from South Dakota State University. He is retired from a 33-year teaching career with the Sioux Falls School District, including 6 years as a full-time driving instructor and 27 years as a biology teacher at Washington and Lincoln High Schools. Rick now serves as director of the South Dakota Motorcycle Rider Education Program for the South Dakota Safety Council.
Rick previously served on the Sioux Falls Metropolitan Planning Organization Citizens Advisory Committee, Sioux Falls Board of Health/Falls Community Health Governing Board, and Governor’s Task Force on Impaired Driving.
His family includes his wife, Donna; three children, Michael, Jason, and Sara; and a granddaughter, Etta. Rick enjoys motorcycling, golfing, walking, running, bicycling, attending sporting events, traveling, and home remodeling projects. His greatest enjoyment comes from spending time with his family.
