The Leading Green Initiative

Established in 2008, the Leading Green Initiative is seeking to make Sioux Falls a more environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable community. The program will focus on efforts to increase recycling, reduce energy consumption, and similar concepts through education, outreach, advocacy, and collaboration with businesses, educational institutions, non-profit and not-for-profit organizations, internal city departments, and citizens at large.
