MyHealth Patient Portal offers secure online access to Falls Community Health anytime, day or night. By signing up, you will be able to manage your appointments, view lab results, send secure messages to your provider, and view your medication history.

The Health Department, in conjunction with the Live Well Sioux Falls Coalition, developed the 2012 Sioux Falls Community Health Status Report. This report will aid in helping you understand the health and well-being of the residents of Sioux Falls.

Hayward School Based Clinic

In July 2011, the City of Sioux Falls Health Department was awarded a federal grant of$500,000 to build a third school-based clinic at Hayward Elementary. The Sioux Falls School District and the Health Department have partnered to provide increased access to medical and dental care for school children, families, and community members in two other school based clinics.  The clinic will have two medical exam rooms, two dental operatories, a waiting/reception area and a small laboratory.

Tobacco-Free Youth Recreation

The City Of Sioux Falls does not allow the use of tobacco products on City-owned playgrounds or at facilities where youth activities (under 18 years old) take place.
