Item 04 Employee Practices 

Food employees:

  1. Must keep their fingernails trimmed.
  2. May not wear jewelry on their arms and hands (except a wedding ring).
  3. Must wear clean outer clothing.
  4. May eat, drink, and smoke only in designated areas. Beverages must be in a closed container.
  5. May not work with food if coughing, sneezing, or have a runny nose.
  6. Must effectively restrain hair, if necessary. 
  7. Must maintain personal cleanliness.
