Welcome to the City of Sioux Falls Human Resources Department webpage.  The HR Department is comprised of eleven full-time professional employees and is structured by three divisions: Employment and Training, Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Relations and Classification.  You will find specific information on our site organized by department/division and department resources.  Our vision/mission statement is, “Working together to achieve organizational excellence through people, service, and results.” We take a great deal of pride in serving city departments, employees, and the citizens of Sioux Falls.
