On Thursday morning, March 7, 2013, the outside northbound lane on Kiwanis Avenue at 33rd Street will be closed. Northbound traffic will use the inside northbound lane.

ECI will be performing utility work. The work is anticipated to be finished by the evening of March 8, 2013.
