The City of Sioux Falls announced today that the 18 private luxury suites in the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center recently offered for sale have officially sold out. Information related to the sale of these 18 private suites was provided at a 10 a.m. press conference with officials from the City of Sioux Falls, SMG, Ovations, and Legends Sales & Marketing.

"To have our entire inventory of currently available suites essentially sell out in three business days is just an incredible statement of support by the entire community. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg Sioux Falls, in terms of the opportunities yet to come in our new events center," stated Darrin Smith, Director of Community Development for the City of Sioux Falls.

"In my 18 years of experience in the industry, selling premium seating in venues all across the United States, I don’t recall a project or facility ever selling out so quickly with respect to luxury suites. There is no question the demand in the Sioux Falls region for all opportunities at the new Denny Sanford PREMIER Center is unbelievably strong, and we anticipate this demand to continue well past the doors opening in the fall of 2014," stated Benham Wrigley, Vice President of Project Development with Legends Sales & Marketing.
