Provide Input on Subdivision Ordinance Updates: Open House on Wednesday, March 7

The City of Sioux Falls Planning and Building Services department will provide information about the City’s updated subdivision ordinance at an open house on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West Tenth Street, in the overflow room. The public is encouraged to attend.

The open house is designed to engage the public in providing input into the changes proposed for the updated subdivision ordinance. The subdivision ordinance includes rules and regulations around developing streets, connections, and infrastructure for new neighborhoods and employment areas. The open house will allow the public to provide general comments about the updates such as private street and utility standards, pedestrian and bicycle connections, and updated lot and block standards. The public is encouraged to attend anytime during the open house to provide input. There will be no formal presentation.
