The City runoff election for the office of At-Large Council Member will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Through its Neighborhood Revitalization Program, the City funds Affordable Housing Solutions, Inc., which repairs houses in Sioux Falls' core areas. The program fixes houses that are empty, ruined, or unsafe. Their condition is such that renovation by a private owner may not be financially possible. These also allow Sioux Falls to improve neighborhoods and create a better city for all residents.
Affordable Housing Solutions makes home ownership possible for residents with incomes at or below 80 percent of the area median family income as established by Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Homes must be owner-occupied.
