Utility Rates Greenway Subscribe Street Light Out? Report Potholes Residential Guide

By completing rate studies we can ensure that we will have enough funding to provide for the essential services our customers need; clean drinking water, waste water treatment, electricity, landfill space, and well-maintained streets.

Rate studies are key financial forecasting tools for Public Works.

Phase 1 of the Downtown River Greenway Project includes reconstruction on the east bank of the Big Sioux River between 6th Street and 8th Street.

Improvements include river walls, improved and accessible greenway access, gathering areas, seating, a widened trail, and landscape and irrigation improvements.
