The City runoff election for the office of At-Large Council Member will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Day Care, Center: A facility used for providing adult or child day care, and is limited in number over 12 by the square footage of useable space available. The ratio is 35 square feet per person indoors and 50 square feet per person outdoors.
There are No City Health Department registrations or permits required for this type of Day Care Center. These type of providers are required to register with, and meet all requirements set forth by the State of South Dakota.
The Zoning Department requires a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for these type of Day Care Centers.
